PURE DETOX NATURALS — REFER A FRIEND PROGRAMME TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. THE PROGRAMME

1.1 Pure Detox Naturals ("we", "us", "our") operates a Refer a Friend programme that rewards existing customers ("referrers") for introducing new customers ("friends") to puredetoxnaturals.co.uk.

1.2 By requesting a referral code or participating in this programme, you agree to these terms.

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1 To participate as a referrer, you must be an existing Pure Detox Naturals customer who has completed at least one order.

2.2 The friend must be a new customer who has not previously placed an order on puredetoxnaturals.co.uk.

2.3 Referrers may not refer themselves, members of their own household, or use multiple accounts to generate referrals.

3. HOW IT WORKS

3.1 Eligible customers may request a personal referral code by emailing hello@puredetoxnaturals.co.uk or as otherwise communicated by us.

3.2 The referral code entitles the friend to 10% off their first order when entered at checkout.

3.3 When a qualifying friend order is confirmed, the referrer will receive a unique 5% discount code for use on their next order, sent to the email address associated with their account.

3.4 Reward codes will be issued within 2 working days of the friend's order being confirmed.

4. REWARD CODE TERMS

4.1 The referrer's 5% reward code is valid for 90 days from the date of issue.

4.2 Reward codes are single use and non-transferable.

4.3 Reward codes apply to one-time purchases only and cannot be used in conjunction with a subscribe & save order.

4.4 Reward codes cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion, or voucher code.

4.5 Reward codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. FRIEND DISCOUNT TERMS

5.1 The friend's 10% discount applies to their first order only and is applied automatically at checkout when the referral code is entered.

5.2 The friend's discount applies to one-time purchases only and cannot be combined with subscribe & save.

5.3 The friend's discount cannot be combined with any other promotion or voucher code.

5.4 If the friend returns or cancels their qualifying order, the referrer's reward code will be void and any reward already issued may be deactivated.

6. MISUSE

6.1 We reserve the right to cancel referral codes, withhold rewards, and remove customers from the programme if we reasonably suspect misuse, fraud, or breach of these terms.

6.2 Referral codes may not be published on public voucher websites, discount code aggregators, or any platform where they could be used by people who are not the intended recipient.

7. CHANGES AND TERMINATION

7.1 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Refer a Friend programme at any time.

7.2 We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via email where possible.

7.3 Reward codes already issued at the point of termination will remain valid until their expiry date.
