Just email us at hello@puredetoxnaturals.co.uk with "My referral code" in the subject line and we'll send it back to you within 1 working day. You must have placed at least one order with us to be eligible.

As many as you like. You'll receive a new 5% reward code each time a friend completes their first order using your code — there's no cap.

No minimum. The 10% discount and your reward apply to any first order, regardless of value.

We'll email your 5% discount code within 2 working days of your friend's order being confirmed. Make sure we have your correct email address.

90 days from the date it's issued. The expiry date will be included in the email.

No — the referral code applies to one-time purchases only and cannot be combined with subscribe & save or any other discount.

If your friend's order is returned or cancelled, your reward code for that referral will be void. If it has already been issued, it may be deactivated.

The two programmes are separate. If you're an affiliate, customers should use your affiliate code (not your RAF code) when making purchases through your recommendations, as this is what triggers your commission. Your RAF code is for personal referrals to friends and family rather than public promotion.
